Voorsetsels is woorde wat wys waar of wanneer iets gebeur.
Prepositions are words that show where or when something happens.

Hulle wys die plek van dinge, soos op, onder, agter of in.
They show the place of things, like on, under, behind, or in.

Jy gebruik voorsetsels om jou sinne duideliker te maak en te sê waar dinge is.
You use prepositions to make your sentences clearer and to say where things are.

  The dog sits on the mat.

• Die bal is onder die tafel.
  The ball is under the table.
